CentennialFest Registration is Open!

Check your email from us! We kick off PATC’s 2027 Centennial during CentennialFest at Caroline Furnace nestled in beautiful Fort Valley, Va., surrounded by the rugged but inviting Massanutten Mountains, Oct. 2-4.
Join our third annual “Fest” as we celebrate 100 Years of Volunteers. Come for as much of the Fest as you want, or as little. Friday afternoon, we’ll offer hikes and training classes, followed by “bring your own” dinner, PATC/AT Trivia with prizes, a bonfire, and singing—so bring your musical instruments. Saturday, we offer hikes, workshops, and interactive historical and hands-on learning activities from 7am until 4pm. At 4:30pm Mills Kelly, PATC’s archivist, will speak during Happy Hour followed by our Volunteer Award Ceremony, a BBQ, and of course, a bonfire and sing along. Sunday after you pack up and clean up, consider another nearby hike before heading home.
PATC member Earlybird Registration is $25 and open Aug. 1 until Aug. 13. Regular Registration is $35. Registration closes Sept. 18. There is no onsite registration and no refunds will be issued. The registration fee gives you access to all events, our Saturday BBQ dinner, and onsite lodging options (cabin bed, your tent or camper) Friday and Saturday, plus helps offset facility and infrastructure rental and fees.
