Treasurer

Over the past few years, I have pursued my passion for hiking and being outdoors. Having the incredible opportunity of my proximity to the Shenandoah National Park as well as surrounding areas provides me with many possibilities. Personally, it’s humbling to know how much work and effort work goes into the trails, cabins and shelters maintained by PATC. It certainly has changed my perspective in being a frequent hiker and have gained an incredible appreciation for the club's work.  Just this past year I recently took on the role of being a trail maintainer. I’m excited about being part of the PATC mission and service to the outdoor community.

Relevant Experience

The Treasurer position at the PATC is a perfect blend of exercising my finance experience and pursuing my passion for hiking and being outdoors. I’ve been serving on the PATC finance committee for the past 18 months and had the opportunity to understand the operations, cost impact and the various programs that the club runs on a daily basis.

My career experience includes working at many large financial institutions in various finance roles from accounting to risk management. More interesting, was my work in providing financial analysis, budgeting and analysis to company executives and Board members.
