Description: Continuation of spring 2023 trail work sessions at Sugarloaf Mountain (Dickerson, MD). Being the closet mountain to the Washington, DC metropolitan area; the trails there get a lot of use and need a lot of maintenance. Trails do not maintain themselves!
Dress in clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty appropriate for the weather. Sneakers and shorts are NOT recommended. Bring work gloves, eye protection, water, and lunch or trail snacks.
We generally finish at 3:30 pm; however, stay for as long as you can. Later arrivals are welcome also, notify project leader in advance in order to be informed of the location of the project site.
Meeting location for this event will be at the East View parking area. |
