Description: Interested in a long-distance bicycle trip? Frank Wodarczyk does one of the most iconic runs -- between Pittsburgh and the nation's capital -- annually. Whether you want to go solo or as part of a group, to camp or stay at inns, to set a speed record or maintain a leisurely pace, his slides will show how to prepare and what you'll experience on the way. This one-hour session at the REI's "Flagship" store in DC is free, but space is limited and advance registration is required at www.rei.com/washington-dc. NOTE earlier than usual starting time (Most REI classes begin at 7pm; this one starts at 6:30)
